Pruning – Decapitation – Destruction of Trees in "Smart Cities", 5G Network & our Health

Let's see why they deliberately destroy the Trees in the urban landscape of the "smart cities of the 15'" and what effects this will have on Nature, the Climate, and our Health, after with the tragic projects "Antinero" and "Controlled Burning of Forests", which we highlighted with the Forestry Scientist Mr. Konstantinidis, as always based on Studies.

Mayors and Smart Cities of the 15'

In Athens, the suburbs and other cities, they have set as their priority the transformation of cities into "smart - 15' (minutes)". Especially Doukas, since before the elections.

The project can only be supported through 5G technology (very high frequencies).

None of them is stupid... It is not that they do not know when and how to prune properly, or how to not destroy the birds' nests, especially in the spring, nor that the classic direct agreement contracts in the country ruled by gangsters were given to "useless" or "irrelevant" crews and contractors. They know exactly what and why they are doing it.

We are being treated like fools because we do not react—except for some groups where I also participate, and we mobilize for the mountains, forests, and emergencies. There is no investigation, and in this country plagued by corruption, there is no Prosecutor willing to enforce the law. Protests in the media and Signature Collections, they simply ignore them.

Decapitation of Healthy Trees Violates the Law

Greek Legislation

1.Article 24 of the Constitution of Greece

• It enshrines the right to a healthy environment.

• It imposes on the state and local authorities (municipalities) the obligation to protect the natural and urban environment.

• Urban green is considered a vital space for citizens, an element of quality of life and is institutionally protected.

2.Law 1650/1986

• It sets the general framework for the protection of the environment in Greece.

• It prohibits activities that cause environmental degradation without a legal procedure.

• It can be applied in cases of extensive or unjustified deforestation of urban greenery.

3.Law 3937/2011

• Protects wild fauna and flora and their habitats.

• Prohibits the destruction of nests and disturbance of species, especially during the breeding season.

• It also applies to urban ecosystems when they host protected species.

4.Law 998/1979

• Regulates the protection of forests and wooded areas.

• In some cases, it extends to peri-urban greenery or designated areas.

• Requires permits for operations.

5.Law 4067/2012

• Includes provisions for the maintenance of plantings on plots and common areas.

• Connects building activity with the protection and enhancement of greenery.

6.Municipal Regulations & Municipal Council Decisions

• The management of urban greenery belongs to the municipalities.

• Cutting or heavy pruning of trees is allowed only: with technical documentation (geotechnical opinion) - with an administrative decision.

• Arbitrary or maliciously technical interventions are illegal.

7.Penal Code (indirectly)

• Provides for responsibilities in case of environmental degradation or destruction of public property.

European Framework

1.Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU

• Recognises a high level of environmental protection in EU policies.

2.European Green Deal

• Promotes greener cities and urban green growth.

• Aims to reduce heat islands and improve the quality of life.

3.EU Biodiversity Strategy for 2030

• Provides for the enhancement of urban biodiversity.

• Encourages the protection and restoration of green spaces in cities.

4.Green Infrastructure Strategy 2013

• Recognizes urban green as a critical "green infrastructure".

• Promotes the preservation and interconnection of natural spaces within cities.

The fact that the temperature will rise with what they do, I probably don't need to emphasize it again!

HEALTHY DICAPITATED TREES ARE NOT GOING TO RECOVER

"The pine is coniferous and does not have latent buds on the trunk or in the old woody parts. This means that it does not have the ability to throw off new shoots from bare wood, as many broadleaved or Mediterranean shrubs do. Its germination is based exclusively: on the extreme meristems of the branches on the maintenance of a living crown If these are completely lost: there is no revegetation mechanism, it cannot create new crown, it is gradually led to necrosis. Even if the trunk looks 'alive' for a while, it is only a matter of time before it dries up."

5G Network Blocked by Trees

5G propagation models that take into account three-dimensional trees show a significant decrease in signal quality and coverage (12.8% at 3.6 GHz and 10% at 26 GHz), underlining that without counting vegetation in the designs, they have lower network performance.

Smart Meters

These "very smart gadgets" have already begun to be installed in buildings, which, not only are not yet functioning properly, because the technology is incomplete, as they officially announced, and people will continue to be unjustly accused of electricity theft, but also have very bad effects on our Health and Privacy!

We just realize that they want us to have them in our homes (the corrupt ones), in our cars (the new cars already send data – look it up), in when and how much electricity we are allowed to consume, which devices to use, same with the water, when and for how many kilometres we will be allowed to travel, so as not to burden ourselves with carbon dioxide, and to be governed by Artificial Intelligence (AI).

As soon as they connect all this with the single digital identity, and the digital-programmable money to be spent in specific ways and for a specific duration... We are DONE if we allow them!

Data Centres

Greece is scheduled to become the largest Data Centre in Europe, which means that in order to operate it will need 4 things:

1.Facilities: They have been taken care of for years in Greece by Billy, the chief commander of our Health worldwide, a peddler of population reduction vaccines.

2.Optical Fibres to connect at satisfactory speeds: Getting ready.

3.Energy: "Battery of Europe" blurted out our greater gangster. He will give it to him.

4.Water for Cooling: This technology has unimaginable needs of Water to cool... They privatize it so that they can use it and impose on us the predetermined 50 litres of water per day.

To understand who runs the planet...

All this, for our safety and convenience of course, and to save the planet from dioxide... As we did with the paper straws... and we froze it...

*If they wanted to save the planet, they would have just made it GREEN!! FROM TREES, not the ones they plant in the burnt Forests, in the agricultural lands and in the pastures!!

*If they wanted to save us and our Health, if anything, they would focus on the causes of the problems, they would not only deal with the symptoms, and they would not baptize the Diseases from their Chemicals "autoimmune diseases".

Health Impact of the 5G Network

For years we citizens have been activated against the high frequency used by this network, and the completely stupid answer was that it is not ionizing radiation, it is harmless, etc.

Yes, it can heat our cells, like Microwave Ovens (they do the same damage), and it is less dangerous when we are exposed to it for a WHILE!!

Not when we will have it baking us by emitting at the same time to so many devices around us, in buildings, in cars, everywhere!!

Its multiplication is enormous, along with the danger to our Health!!
