Many people are turning to the carnivore diet, mainly because "someone" told them they relieved symptoms of health problems they were suffering from. Today, we will clarify everything about this—why it "seems" to work, and the dangers it hides for human health.

Let’s first clarify the "Trendy Diets".

Non-Personalised Diets, Based on Medical Examinations

Unfortunately, there are many "experts" who advocate dietary extremes which, if not applied correctly—PERSONALISED based on Medical Tests(!!!)—pose health risks that appear over time, not immediately. Even doctors fall into such errors, due to the fact that they are NOT taught Nutrition.

Non-Personalised Fashion Diets, Vegan, Keto, Low Carb

The same applies to other fad diets, such as:

Keto (which I agree with—when done correctly!!),

Vegan (which I agree with—when done correctly!!),

and Low Carbohydrate (which I apply in my Holistic Therapy - Therapeutic Nutrition for people I help, and for myself, for years—and it must be done correctly!!!), based on Medical tests and the needs of each specific organism.

* I am in perimenopause, without symptoms, due to the regulation of my organism through Nutrition.

I won't ramble on; I'll get straight to the point.

Why with Carnivorism, They See a Reduction in Symptoms

It is known that sugar, saccharides (EVEN FROM FRUITS), high carbohydrates, and processed carbohydrates are food for:

  • Viruses

They enhance reproduction; recovery is delayed.

  • Inflammation

They contribute to chronic inflammatory diseases such as arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and other "autoimmune" conditions.

  • Type 2 Diabetes

They increase blood glucose levels, causing insulin resistance and eventually the development of diabetes.

  • Obesity

Which burdens the body and increases the risk for more diseases.

Therefore, when these people reduce Carbohydrates, they experience relief from their symptoms. It should be noted that this does NOT mean the cause of the problem has been addressed! The root cause is still lurking!

Liver Dysregulation, Hormonal System, Toxification

As I have explained before, our liver needs to:

  • Break down toxins (which create "autoimmune" conditions)

  • Balance sex hormones

  • Meet the energy needs of cells

  • Stay healthy

  • Not accumulate fat

It requires:

  • The 9 essential amino acids that our body uses to synthesise protein where it is needed.

*No, protein does not mean meat!!! Meat is Animal Fibre.

  • Good hydration with correct water!

  • Beneficial, non-toxic fats

When we consume Carbohydrates, they are metabolised very quickly and used to meet body’s needs, resulting in fat accumulation, and they are not used for the production of Balanced Hormones and Detoxification.

Let's look at the Problems caused by Carnivorism (Carnivore Diet)

*The results of toxification appear in the long term.

Lack of Fibre

Which causes:

  • Persistent constipation

  • Constant hunger

Fibre provides satiety and keeps us full for hours

  • Bloating and gas

  • Sugar fluctuations

Sudden spikes and drops in blood sugar (feeling of fatigue)

  • Weight gain

Difficulty controlling appetite and caloric intake

  • Increased cholesterol

Soluble fibre helps reduce LDL ("bad") cholesterol.

  • Haemorrhoids

Due to chronic constipation

  • Diverticulitis (with or without inflammation)

  • Type 2 Diabetes

  • Heart disease

  • Reduction of good bacteria in the gut.

*Plant fibres (prebiotics, e.g., beans) are responsible for maintaining the beneficial bacteria of the gut (probiotics), which play a primary role in our Immune System!

  • Accumulation of toxins in the body

The intestine does not simply function as a waste disposal tube! We feed from the intestine, not the stomach! The accumulation of toxins causes them to enter the bloodstream, burden the immune system, and cause chronic inflammation and "autoimmune" conditions!

Lack of Chlorophyll

Which causes:

  • Inability to Detoxify and cleanse the blood

  • Reduced oxygenation of cells

  • Weakening of the Immune System

  • Poor digestion and difficulty absorbing nutrients

  • Fatigue and reduced energy

  • Skin and hair problems

  • Increased inflammation in the body

Lack of Vitamins

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)

Which causes:

  • Gums & Mouth:

Bleeding, swollen gums (gingivitis), loose teeth.

  • Skin & Hair

Easy bruising, dry/rough skin, coiled hair, small red spots.

  • Healing & Immune System

Very slow wound healing, frequent infections/colds.

  • Energy & Musculoskeletal

Chronic fatigue, exhaustion, pain in joints and legs.

  • Digestion & Toxification

Due to reduced gut motility.

  • Other: Anaemia (due to reduced iron absorption), unexplained weight loss.

Vitamin A (Retinol)

Which causes:

  • Night Blindness (Nyctalopia)

Difficulty in low light.

*Severe deficiency can lead to permanent blindness.

  • Xerophthalmia

Can lead to corneal ulcers.

  • Bitot's Spots

Foamy deposits on the white of the eye.

  • Xeroderma & Scaly skin.

  • Weakened Immune System

Frequent infections (respiratory, gastrointestinal).

  • Delayed Growth

In children.

  • Fertility problem

 Difficulty conceiving.

  • Poor wound healing

After injuries.

*Although meat contains some amounts, the absence of plant sources deprives us of necessary Vitamin A precursors (antioxidant carotenoids).

*To be absorbed, it needs healthy fats, not toxic ones.

B-Complex Vitamins

Which causes:

  • Neurological & Psychological

Fatigue/weakness, numbness/tingling (in hands/feet), memory problems, concentration issues, depression, anxiety, irritability, confusion.

  • Dermatological & Oral

Dry skin, rashes, cracks at the corners of the mouth (cheilitis), red/swollen tongue (glossitis), stomatitis.

  • Anaemia

  • Digestive Problems

  • Other

Hair loss, vision problems, muscle weakness.

*Let me clarify that B12 is produced in the gut by its microbiome (probiotic bacteria). This is why a deficiency is observed in carnivores. It is destroyed by antibiotics, which I explain below.

Vitamin E

Which causes:

  • Neurological damage

  • Muscle weakness & Ataxia

  • Motor problems

  • Vision problems

Retinal degeneration, reduced night vision, double vision.

  • Anaemia

Haemolytic anaemia (destruction of red blood cells).

  • Weakened Immune System

Frequent infections, poor wound healing.

  • Dermatological

Dry skin, brittle hair.

Vitamin K (Essential for blood clotting and bone health).

Which causes:

  • Easy bruising.

  • Bleeding (from nose, gums, in wounds).

  • Very heavy periods (menorrhagia) in women.

  • Blood in stool or black/tarry stool.

  • Red dots on the skin.

  • Arterial Calcification, Cardiovascular problems (K2).

  • Osteopenia/Osteoporosis.

*K2 is also produced in the gut by our bacteria, which are destroyed by antibiotics & medications. I explain below.

*Subscribe, I will soon upload an article specifically about Vitamin D, and the health dangers of supplements.

Lack of Beneficial Fats – Intake of Toxic Ones

Mainly due to their processing temperature.

omega- 3, omega-6, omega-7, omega-9, they must be balanced to work - poster

*Before we start taking Omega-3 supplements, because some people recommend them without testing!

Toxification from Medication in Farmed Animals

In an attempt to eliminate the symptoms that torment them, they create other problems, which act cumulatively and will appear later. The drugs administered to animals end up in our bloodstreams, passing through the liver... with all that implies.

Toxification from Meat per se

Studies show that consumption of red meat (beef, pork, lamb, especially processed) is epidemiologically associated with increased risk for:

  • Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

  • Type 2 Diabetes

  • Increased Mortality from all causes

  • Chronic Inflammation

  • Colorectal Cancer and other cancers

The main causes are saturated fats, toxins and toxic compounds produced during cooking, N-nitroso compounds, heme iron (blood iron), and the Immune Reaction to non-human sialic acid N-glycolylneuraminic acid - Neu5Gc (in meat muscles) which our bodies do not produce, do not recognise, resulting in chronic inflammation leading to carcinogenesis

*The studies are in the links above.  ↑

*Yes, heme iron has toxicity!

Constant Intake of Added Hormones

Growth hormones in production meat and dairy cause:

  • Hormonal Disruption

Disruption of the endocrine system, causing imbalance in the body's natural hormones.

  • Premature Puberty

Linked to early onset of puberty, especially in girls (now starting from age 9!!).

  • Carcinogenesis

Increased risk of hormone-dependent cancers, mainly breast, prostate, and colon.

  • Reproductive Problems

Fertility disorders, reduced sperm quality, and ovarian cysts.

  • Metabolic Disorders

Insulin resistance and increased risk of type 2 diabetes.

  • Development of Microbial Resistance (From accompanying antibiotics).

The use of hormones is usually combined with antibiotics, which increases microbial resistance to them! (This is why antibiotics "don't work" anymore!!)

Constant Intake of Antibiotics

The permanent intake of antibiotics from meat and dairy causes:

  • Antibiotic Resistance

Development of resistant bacteria that make infections difficult or impossible to treat with common antibiotics.

  • Microbiome Disruption

Destruction of our probiotic gut flora, causing digestive problems and weakening of the Immune System.

  • Allergic Reactions

Appearance of allergies, such as skin rashes or anaphylactic shock, especially from penicillin residues.

  • Toxicity (Long-term)

Damage to vital organs, such as nephropathy and hepatotoxicity (liver).

  • Carcinogenesis/Mutagenesis

Some antibiotics (e.g., sulfamethazine) have been linked to carcinogenesis.

  • Reproductive Disorders

    Effects on the reproductive system.

  • Childhood Obesity

Association of early exposure through food, increased risk of obesity.

*They are also transferred through breastfeeding!

Chemicals in Food and the Mercosur Agreement

The EU had banned the use of growth hormones in livestock with the decisions:

Now... Forget about it!!! Especially with the Mercosur Agreement for Latin American products, which the EU oligarchy is imposing, despite the reactions of states and Scientists!!

About the "stupid Agreement", the carcinogenic chemicals we will be allowed to eat, the diseases that will come to the EU from these states, new insects, new zoonoses, etc.

I explain in detail here, and you need to be informed, it's about our health!!!

Safe Sources for Obtaining Nutrients Missing from the Carnivore Diet Trend

I list them briefly; always do your own research.

• Dietary Fibre

Legumes, nuts, vegetables, fruit with skin (in moderation, as they contain sugars).

Chlorophyll

Dark green vegetables, seaweed. An excellent source is Spirulina (which I take daily) and Chlorella. They also have other health benefits! I explain about Spirulina here.

• Vitamin C

Citrus fruits (in moderation, due to sugars), peppers, kiwifruit, strawberries, broccoli, tomatoes. All fresh and raw. Vitamin C is destroyed by light, drying, and heat (above 40°C).

*If you need to take a supplement, e.g. to increase your iron levels, contact me and I will tell you how to do it easily. Tablets and supplements are simply a rip-off!

*We raised iron from 26 to 43 in 3 weeks, organically!

*No, iron absorption is not dependent on copper (a new trend). It is dependent on Vitamin C!

Vitamin A (carotenoids)

Carrots, sweet potatoes, red and orange peppers, pumpkin, spinach.

• B-complex Vitamins

Wholemeal bread, legumes, nuts, seeds, leafy greens.

*As mentioned, B12 does not need to be obtained from supplements or animal sources; it is synthesised in our gut by beneficial bacteria (probiotics).

• Vitamin E

Nuts, seeds, beneficial oils (olive oil, avocado), spinach.

• Vitamin K1

Dark green leafy vegetables (spinach, cabbage, broccoli), lettuce, Brussels sprouts.

• Beneficial fats (Omega-3)

Flax seeds, walnuts, chia seeds, avocado, cold-pressed beneficial oils (e.g. olive oil).

Dear all, I am pleased that you care about your health, and whether we like it or not, we must take it into our own hands...!

*I suspect that "the system" is now promoting carnivory to create impressions about the protein scam, the artificial food crisis (mass slaughter of herds), the establishment of cockroach-worm eating, the destruction of agriculture and animal husbandry, etc.
