  From environmental destruction due to mass monoculture to health destruction from pasta, bread, pizzas, breakfast 'cereal' products, all-purpose flour, self-rising flour... all come from the highly genetically modified wheat seed...


  To delve a little into the topic, let me inform you that wheat nowadays is the most genetically modified seed, along with corn and soy! It has no relation to the seed we knew 70 years ago!


  Responsible for the destruction of Nature, deforestation, oxygen loss, and the depletion of soil nutrients is monoculture!! Nature does not make mistakes!! Have you ever seen in nature only one species thriving? Have you ever seen a forest needing the human factor to survive? No. One species alone cannot survive.

  Instead of production being based on the principle of polyculture, large landowners choose to plant a single species. This leads to new needs and expenses:

The use of herbicides becomes necessary. Since beneficial plant species do not coexist to mutually protect the crops, harmful species develop, which are exterminated with potent chemicals like Roundup... which our fantastic (not even) government allows!! These, of course, will also kill precious pollinators and destroy the soil!! Here is a very important study on glyphosate (Roundup) in crops and its health impacts:


The use of fertilizers becomes necessary. Since the industry has destroyed the nutrient content of the soil with monoculture, they apply fertilizers which, although they promote plant growth, result in us eating "air"!! *They don't even keep animals to use in weed control and to benefit the production with their manure... But you see? What I mention constitutes an ecosystem. Only in this way does the cycle of life function healthily.

Soil conditioners become necessary. After mechanical excavation, harvest, and complete uprooting, the soil needs conditioners to welcome new cultivation and to properly retain water.

  Proper farming practices have been known since ancient times and have nourished thousands of generations! For example, the polyculture of corn, beans, and squash. The squash, which grows on the ground, provides excellent soil cover against evaporation and weeds. Their root systems extend to different depths, so they don't compete for water and nutrients. The corn offers support for the climbing beans, and the beans enrich the soil with essential nitrogen. During the harvest, the remaining plants stay and enrich the soil with nutrients (natural compost). Another example is planting tomatoes with basil, which will improve the taste of the tomatoes and repel insects. Similarly, planting vegetables with marigolds for the same reasons. This way, we also succeed in attracting pollinators!

  So, what did the fantastic industry of money worshippers do? Since wheat had the highest demand and is used in almost everything, they genetically modified it to a great extent to reduce production costs. To keep it brief, the genetic modification of wheat, as well as all foods, is harmful! Nature made us compatible with natural foods and healthy! The genetically modified substance that will nourish our cells will affect them, even mutate them (we are what we eat). Do you know what cancer is, my friends? They are mutated cells... and I'll stop here!

  Next, the industry promoted clever ideas such as: Plain flour & all-purpose flour (refined wheat with extra gluten), self-rising flour (refined wheat with extra gluten and artificial leavening agents), flour for sweet breads (wheat with double gluten addition), yellow flour (hard wheat), semolina or semolina (coarsely ground wheat), ready-made doughs (wheat with extra gluten), and of course, all processed-packaged-ready products either made entirely from wheat or contain it. For example, barley rusks, oat-rye rusks. We see it in their ingredients.

 

Let's move on to the health problems caused by wheat consumption.


  • Celiac Disease: Leads to damage in the small intestine.

  • Gluten Sensitivity: Similar symptoms to celiac disease.

  • Intestinal Damage.

  • Wheat Allergy: An allergic reaction, including anaphylaxis.

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): Due to its high FOD MAP content.

  • Digestive Issues: Bloating, gas, diarrhoea, and stomach cramps.

  • Nutrient Absorption Issues: Like with phytic acid, which I explained in the context of soaking seeds, it prevents the absorption of minerals such as iron, calcium, vitamins, etc.

  • Autoimmune Diseases: I use the industry's term. As I have shown in my study, autoimmune diseases don't exist!

  • Skin Conditions: Eczema, acne, dermatitis herpetiformis (also related to celiac disease).

  • Neurological Problems: Gluten ataxia, migraines, brain fog.

  • Autism.

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

  • Epilepsy.

  • Alzheimer’s.

  • Psychological Disorders: Ongoing research connects wheat with anxiety and depression.

  • Fatigue and Lethargy: Due to blood sugar fluctuations.

  • Joint Pain and Inflammation.

  • Rheumatoid Arthritis.

  • Weight Gain - Obesity: Due to its high glycaemic index.

  • Type 2 Diabetes.

  • Heart Diseases.

  • Cancers.

  The essence lies in the fact that the human body does not have the ability to properly break down and metabolize the large molecules of proteins, amylopectin, and amylase in wheat (gluten), just as it happens with casein in milk. And, of course, each body reacts according to its unique characteristics and health condition.

I won't bore you with more studies. As I almost always say, do your own research and cross-check sources with conflicting interests! Do not trust anything without personal verification!!


And since we are dealing with climate nonsense, it is interesting to see this reference in the first study.

Refined or Whole Wheat?


Refined wheat (as well as all refined seeds) lacks significant nutrients such as dietary fibres (which protect the intestine and immune system), iron, B vitamins, etc. Essentially, it is just gluten, starch, and carbohydrate!

  However, modern whole wheat is a major trap! Due to the mutations that the DNA of modern wheat has undergone, it has very high levels of amylopectin (70-75%). This means that once consumed, it will cause hyperglycaemia and a surge of insulin to metabolize it, as it converts very quickly into glucose. This initially leads to very high energy levels for a short period, followed by hypoglycaemia and a significant drop in our energy, making us feel hungry. This (simply put) explains the cause of obesity from such foods. Additionally, we do not get the essential nutrients...

At the same time, the constant disturbance of insulin levels disrupts the liver, leading to problems such as Type 2 Diabetes, Hormonal Disorders, Skin Issues, etc. Finally, because the amylopectin molecule remains undigested by the human body, as does gluten, we experience allergic reactions, skin issues, etc. Since the body recognizes it as a "foreign body" threat, it activates the immune system, resulting in so-called autoimmune diseases. What to Use as Substitutes for Our Daily Needs


  • We will not use soy (and its by-products) because it is allergenic for a large portion of the population, it is rare to find non-GMO soy, and it interferes with the endocrine system and disrupts hormonal balance due to its estrogenic-mimicking properties.


  • We will not use corn because it is also rare to find non-GMO corn and because it has low nutritional value. It does not contain the 9 essential amino acids needed to synthesize protein, is deficient in tryptophan and vitamin B3 (niacin), and has low mineral content. It has a high carbohydrate and sugar content, which disrupts the liver, with the resulting effects we've seen in previous studies. It is well-known that in South America and Africa, where populations cultivated corn as a primary food, Pellagra disease developed due to nutrient deficiencies.


  • We will not substitute with cockroaches and worms, as the New World Order of Globalization promotes... to address the food crisis and the "protein" crisis they themselves have created!! For the health risks involved, as I analyse here! (I think my frustration with the whole situation is apparent...)

  • We can choose (yes, also for flour, etc.): All legumes, buckwheat, all nuts, rye, barley, seeds & flour from Zea (einkorn), and oats. If possible, grinding the flour ourselves is even better. Make sure to soak the seeds first and then grind them. Proper soaking is very important to eliminate the harmful phytic acid. I explain the simple process here.

  • We choose organic products as much as possible. Buying directly from the producers benefits our health, our wallet, and helps the producers survive... so we won't have to feed ourselves with glazed photovoltaic panels that some landowners plant on their lands because foreign companies pay them more...!  That's why I will host here (on my website) tested producers of chemical-free products, with correct prices and services.   • If you follow a low-carbohydrate diet and have elevated blood sugar, you should choose flours with low carbohydrate content and use sourdough for baking. The same applies to gluten intolerance; we should opt for legumes, oats, rye, etc. Here is the recipe and the process.
